COURSE DESCRIPTION
The 68K category is an encompassing challenge that traverses both Welirang and Arjuno peaks. The descent unfolds all the way to Mahapena, leading through the tea plantation, with a stop at Kuneer Hill. The route ascends to Budug Asu before descending to the Wonosari tea plantation, which serves as the main water station. Here, runners will find good facilities, including drop bags.
A notable change from the previous year is the diversion from Tambak Watu. Rather than heading directly to the Putuk Lesung water station, participants will make a crucial stop at the iconic Candi Sepilar checkpoint. This segment involves a steep ascent of approximately 1.7km, followed by a descent along the original route, leading to the Putuk Lesung water station.
It is imperative not to underestimate the challenges posed by this category. The course demands intense preparation and practice to navigate successfully and reach the finish line. Engage in thorough readiness to conquer the intricacies of the 68K trail, which promises both physical and mental endurance.

*Maps subject to change, and may change for reasons outside of the Race Organisers control. Select the Time Charts tabs to view the cut-off times for leaving the relevant Aid Stations. Time Charts show estimated fastest and slowest times for each race leg and should be used as a guide only. Where the slowest times are greater than the cut-off time, the cut-off time will supersede the slowest expected estimates. If you miss the cut-off then you must follow the directions of officials. Please note that in bad weather conditions, cut-offs may need to be brought forward during the event.
