Course Description
The 38K Welirang route represents the quintessential Mantra116 trail race route, known for its classic and challenging characteristics. Caution is advised, especially towards the summit of Welirang, and while at the top, as strong winds are anticipated. Participants are urged to safeguard against sulfur inhalation by covering their noses with a wet buff.
Descending from the summit, the trail leads to Sadelan and further descends into the picturesque Lembah Kidang. Participants may be fortunate enough to encounter deer amid the fertile savanna in this region. Subsequently, the route retraces its path back to Pondok Welirang, followed by a descent along the initial route to the Putuk Lesung water station. A final stretch of 12 km will lead participants to the finish line.
